MinT Sub-processor List

1. Purpose
This Sub-processor List identifies the third parties engaged by MINDAI PTE. LTD. (“Mindai”) to Process Personal Data on behalf of Customer in connection with the MinT Service. It is referenced by, and forms part of, the MinT Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), the MinT Privacy Policy, and the MinT Security and Compliance Whitepaper.
2. How This List Is Maintained
Mindai maintains this Sub-processor List as a current document. Mindai will notify Customers of any intended addition or replacement of a Sub-processor in accordance with Section 6 of the DPA by updating this List and providing notice through the MinT console, customer portal, or email at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect, unless a shorter period is required to address a security, legal, or operational issue.
3. Customer Rights
Customers may object to a new Sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds as set out in Section 6.4 of the DPA. The current List is available through the MinT customer portal or on request at contact@mindlab.ltd.
